It has been a few months since our last update. Since then we have seen the rollout of the Covid vaccination program which has allowed us to start looking ahead to regaining some semblance of normality.
Over the past 15 months we have strived to ensure that our day to day operations have been affected as minimally as possible. All sales and engineering work has been able to continue unimpeded throughout the pandemic. We are also happy to perform customer site visits upon request providing they can be achieved in a Covid safe manner.
As this year progresses we are seeing an increase in component shortages around the globe due to Covid19 and other factors. Thankfully these delays have not had too much of a knock-on effect on our customers, as many of our popular product lines are stocked directly in our UK warehouse. There are unfortunately going to be times where delays can not be avoided, but rest assured that we are working closely with all of our suppliers to keep disruptions down to a minimum.
To keep our staff safe we will continue to have a minimal team in the office to answer phone calls and ensure that they maintain the appropriate government recommended healthcare standards.
